Anybody wishing to become a vendor for Cajun Woodstock or any of the other Festivals in Church Point LA  must  fill out this form for there occupational license. If you wish to participate in Church Point Mardi Gras, Church Point Buggy Festival, and or Cajun Woodstock you MUST have this form filled out. The price for this license is $30 for one event, $50 for any two events, or $60 for all three events. Please fill out and print the first page only of the form below and contact:
